Parish Council Meetings

After our parish council meeting on Monday 23rd September all future meetings will be held on the third Wednesday of every month (excluding December and August).

Our October meeting will be held on Wednesday 16th October 2024 at 7 pm in the Hemingford Abbots Village Hall.

Update from Iain Muspratt, Chair of HAG:

Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) on 5th April  approved the proposed acquisition of Mick George Limited (‘MGL’) by a  subsidiary of Heidelberg Cement AG (Hanson Quarry Products Europe Ltd- ‘HM’) subject to certain disposals of aggregates and premix operations. The deal has been concluded

The Golf Club property is now owned by Mick George Properties controlled by Mick George and the Range continues to be owned by Mick George Family Trusts. The ‘Astro Turf Site has been cleared and we have asked CCC to remove from the list of Waste Sites
