You are invited to take part in the Annual Parish Meeting to be held on Wednesday 8th May 2024 at 7:00pm at the Hemingford Abbots Village Hall.
The Annual Parish Meeting, held in compliance with the Local Government Act 1972, is an opportunity for any elector of the Parish to raise for discussion and, if appropriate, to a vote any subject they wish that is relevant to the Parish.
Electors are invited to send resolutions or subjects for discussion to the Clerk to the Parish Council on or before Monday 29th April for inclusion on the Agenda for the meeting.
